Oleg was born and raised in Tbilisi, a capital of the Republic of Georgia. After graduating from high school in 1986, he was enlisted in the Batumi Maritime Academy to become a merchant marine. In 1990, Oleg graduated from the Batumi Maritime Academy with a diploma of marine navigator and started to work as a merchant marine on cargo
ships with Georgian Shipping Company.
In 1994 Oleg and his family immigrated to Vancouver, Canada where he lived for 6 years and he moved to Honolulu, Hawaii in 2000.
In August 2002, he graduated from John Stapleton School of Real Estate and achieved his real estate license. Oleg completed the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Specialist™ (CLHMS) training course and now a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
